Prof. Daniel (Zam Vum)

Prof. Daniel has dedicated more than two decades of his life to faithfully serving the Lord as a Bible teacher, shaping countless students through sound theological instruction and spiritual mentorship. Alongside his teaching ministry, he has actively engaged in mission work for over ten years, traveling to various regions across Myanmar to preach the Gospel and support church planting efforts. His deep passion for evangelism has led him to reach remote villages, urban centers, and marginalized communities, consistently proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ with boldness and compassion.

In addition to his teaching and missionary efforts, Prof. Daniel also serves as the pastor of a small yet devoted congregation. Though modest in size, the church is vibrant in faith and commitment, reflecting his pastoral care, biblical leadership, and dedication to nurturing a Christ-centered community. He is known for his unwavering faithfulness in ministry, humility in leadership, and wholehearted commitment to the spiritual growth of those under his care.

He is joyfully married to his beloved wife, Senry Par, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children: Joseph, Emmanuel, and Esther. His family stands as a testament to his values, serving as a strong support in his life and ministry.

Academically, Prof. Daniel specializes in several key theological disciplines, offering in-depth instruction in courses such as Basic Evangelism, Systematic Theology, Contemporary Theology, Research Methodology, and Textual Criticism. His teaching not only emphasizes theological accuracy but also practical application, encouraging students to become biblically grounded, Spirit-led, and mission-driven servants of Christ. Through both his words and his example, he continues to inspire a generation of Christian leaders committed to advancing God’s Kingdom in Myanmar and beyond.
